Dear Family, Friends, & Colleagues,
Many of you know that I have been working with children for well over 10 years now. In all that time, I don't think I have ever witnessed the sheer number of kids in need of support and opportunity as now. All kids need support, but the population of kids we serve have even less resources and access to opportunity than most. Like you, I dream of a world where every child is given the opportunity to succeed, and you can help make that happen by supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Bend. I know the current economic conditions are less than ideal. But I also know that you care about the future of our children, and I hope you will do what you can to support this cause by making a financial contribution to the 2009 “It Just Takes One” Annual Campaign and helping me achieve my personal fundraising goal.
