Your my friend and we need your help!
Like you, I dream of a world where every child is given the opportunity to succeed, and you can help make that happen in our community by supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Bend (BGCBB). I grew up in an environment where I had the best of friends and family who gave me plenty of opportunities. Sometimes they were so abundant that I let them pass me by. My parents taught me from an early age that I should always give to others. I am doing that with not only my finances but my time.
I know the current economic conditions are less than ideal. But I also know that you care about the future of our children, and I hope you will do what you can to support this cause by making a financial contribution to the 2009 “It Just Takes One” Annual Campaign and helping me achieve my personal fundraising goal.
It just takes one person to make a difference. Your contribution (whether its $5 or $5,000) will mean the world to thousands of local children living right here in the Big Bend. You know gangs and other juvenile issues are a problem and we can't arrest our way out of this problem. Lets give these kids some of the opportunities we had.
